The estate consists of two historic properties, the 660-acre Priest Ranch, which dates to the mid-19th century and the Elder Valley, a 955-acre parcel.  The combined property forms a contiguous 1,615 acre estate that spans 1,600 feet in elevation - from 800 feet above sea level on its valley floor to 2,400 feet at the mountain top.
